Dedicated to Diane Kimball’s Mom, Elaine Kimball
By Diane Kimball

“One of the earliest memories I have of my mom was watching her study her lines for her role in ‘Bertha, the Beautiful Typewriter Girl’. She displayed an intensity and joy for the theater that I hadn’t seen with any other activity. GTW quickly became her most important social outlet – Gael and Ken Nappa, Bill and Bobbie Grover, Carol and Lou Dispenza, Sue and Glenn Clohecy, Georgie and Harold Nelson, and Fran Robbins to name just a few! Whether she was performing, doing costumes, refreshments, or hostessing, my mom put her all into it. In her honor, I dedicate this book (Website) to her memory.”
